Accessibility Requirements
The Statusfy website meets the Title II WCAG 2.1 Level AA technical standard requirement. Our VPAT / ACR report, updated April 13, is available here . We will update the report periodically as additional changes are made.
Federal compliance deadline delayed 1-year by DOJ. New deadline for Large Public Entities extended to 4/26/2027.
RainoutLine is not compliant but customers' information is already available in the compliant Statusfy website. The RainoutLine page headers will be updated with a new Accessibility link that will take the user to your Statusfy pages. You can view these Statusfy versions of your pages now by changing the domain of your RainoutLine urls from rainoutline.com to statusfy.com.
However, the more compliant and recommended option for RainoutLine customers is to switch the base service of your account to Statusfy as that will automatically redirect visitors from your published RainoutLine.com links to the compliant Statusfy pages beginning on 4/24 TBD this winter. There is no change to your price and gives you improved features (

Switch to Statusfy
The process to switch your base service from RainoutLine to Statusfy is simple and will not interrupt your patrons' existing methods of checking your status info or receiving notifications. The only required change is that your organzation users will have to use the Statusfy website or app (or dial-in phone) to make status updates. There is no down-time when you make this change.
The below instructions will be operational no later than 4/20.
- Go to statusfy.com and Sign In using the same credentials you use for rainoutline.com
- If you are not taken to your account's main page, select it from Favorites.
- Click the cog/gear icon on the right side of the account header and select Settings.
- If your account is a RainoutLine account you will see a blue banner with an option to Update Now.... select it.
- Congratulations! Your patrons will now be redirected to your Statusfy pages when visiting your rainoutline.com links. We recommend updating:
- Any promotional material and instructions to direct patrons to your Statusfy pages.
- Any embeded lists/banners/pages on your website with the Statusfy versions. These are avaialable by selecting the menu icon in the header of your main Statusfy page and selecting Share & Integrate .
- Any RainoutLine linkages to post updates to Facebook and/or Twitter/X. Do this by selecting the cog/gear icon in the header of your main Statusfy page and selecting Link to FB/Twitter . You will see a list of all linkages and it should indicate the link was setup "via RainoutLine". You should delete any that were created via RainoutLine and relink in Statusfy. If the link is to be for all extensions, you will create it on this same page. If the link is only for a specific extension, you should navigate to that extension's page in Statusfy and then select the cog/gear icon on its page and create the link.
Outstanding Issues
The following issues are currently being addressed.
- The default auto-refresh behavior is not a good experience for accessibility access and is not necessary for typical usage. We will be disabling auto-refresh by default but it can be enabled via the menu. Default behavior change delayed until winter
- The mobile app is not compliant. A new compliant update is in review and expected to be live by the end of April 2026.
