We are constantly adding features to better serve customer needs. Some features are not useful to a majority of customers so are not accessible in the user interface.  This page will list those features available to customers but that need to be configured via a request to support@statusfy.com.

Slow Speech Speed for Phone

If you have extensions whose status is often checked via dial-in phone and patrons are having a hard time hearing the default speed, this setting will slow the speech.

Default "Send Notificaitons" to Unchecked

Usually when making a status update, the "Send Notifications" option is checked. This can be changed per extension to make its default Unchecked.

Hide "Updated by" Info

Prevents the user's name who made the update being displayed to the public

Use Organization's Phone System

If organzations want all dial-in access to the status information to go through their own phone system, we can use the organizaiton phone number as the account / hot-line number. There are negative consequences of doing this that should be considered.

Additional Dial-In Numbers

You can add additional dial-in numbers to go directly to an extension or a category of extensions.
