The work zone for the Duck Creek Sewer Interceptor project is expanding. The Duck Creek Recreational Trail between Pine and Hickory Grove Rd has officially re-opened! Unfortunately, this also means next steps in the Duck Creek Interceptor project will close the section of trail between Hickory Grove Rd and Fairmount where deep (30 FT) sewer line work began on January 6. Once this section is complete this spring, no additional long-term trail closures are expected during the 2025 construction season and will be over halfway through the installation of this significant sewer extension spanning over five miles.?
