Status Detail
One change to December's water exercise classes. On Mondays for December 8 and 15 the 4:40pm deep water exercise class will be self guided. At 5:50pm to 6:15 Grace will hold a Tabatta style work out. ALL other schedule classes will not change. Thank you,
