Today events were unfortunate. This was a lack of communication between two different departments and for this I apologize. I understand the time it takes to get everything ready to leave in the morning, make sure you get the car packed up. Make your way to the field, for things just to be cancelled by lack of communication. As honest as I can be, I apologize for the inconvenience. To add insult to injury, the same group has the field booked tomorrow from 9am to noon. Our plan is to have football starting at 1230pm. I have adjusted everyone schedule to show the delay tomorrow. I understand this is not ideal, but again I’m doing my best to make sure the kids are able to play. Sorry for the inconvenience. Sincerely apologetic,
