Per CYC heat guidelines, if practice is held with heat index 99-104, each player must have water to be allowed to play. Coach-monitored water breaks required every 15 min. Coaches should instruct all players to stay hydrated and take frequent breaks. If the heat index is 105 or more, practices are cancelled. Coaches can always cancel practice at their discretion if they feel any condition warrants it.

About Statusfy
Statusfy is used as a rainout line and status notification service for parks and recreation, sports, and for any facilities, events, or services that need status sharing and broadcasting via website, mobile app, digital signage, api, and dial-in phone.
