    Due to the current heat advisory and Wet Bulb readings, activities are REDUCED TO ONE HOUR tonight, Tuesday, July 28th. No protective equipment may be worn during practice, and no conditioning can occur. Practices will start at your original planned time, but end exactly after one hour. Coaches must provide 4 separate water breaks, totaling 5 minutes each during the 1 hour of activities.
