NOTICE: Annual Member's Meeting correction date. It was posted as the 16th but it is the 17th of September at 7pm. This was a simple typo. Please make note. In accordance with Article III. Section 1. Annual Meeting. The regular annual meeting of the members shall be held on the third Tuesday in September of each year beginning with September 1998, at the hour of seven o’clock p.m. If the day for the annual meeting of the members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour on the first day following which is not a legal holiday. A copy of this provision of the By-Laws shall be furnished each member of the Association and no other or additional notice of any annual meeting shall be required to be given to any member.
